Our Healthy Mother Healthy Babies program empowers mothers of young children and newborns with food and clothing assistance, baby items, and educational opportunities to help them grow their skills. 

Our Strong Seniors program is designed to provide support and education for seniors to live healthy and fulfilling lives. We address important issues such as after-life preparation, digital, financial, and health literacy to empower seniors to take control of their lives. 

Our Call Center is focused on raising awareness of available social services and providing access to additional resources for neighbors in East Harris County. 

Our Application Assistance program provides help with state-funded and social and health services applications. We offer assistance for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Children’s Medicaid, Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP), and Women’s Health Program. 

Our Special Events include Back-to-school, Hope for the Holidays, and Unforgettable Christmas Experience, where we provide resources and support to our community during special times of the year.
