What is the EHCTX Neighbor Program?

An initiative of the East Harris County Empowerment Council that connects residents to resources, programs, and ways to get involved in their community.

Who can get connected?

EHCEC serves Channelview, Crosby, Galena Park, Jacinto City, North Shore, and Sheldon. Neighbors can use the signup form to share their interests.

Does it cost anything to join?

The EHCTX Neighbor Program is free to join. Availability and requirements for individual resources, programs, and workshops may vary.

How do I start?

Select “Join the Neighbor Program” and complete the English or Spanish signup form. Share the resources and opportunities you are interested in exploring.
