Local Integrated Network of Knowledge (LINK) is an initiative of East Harris County Empowerment Council designed to increase communication, coordination, and collaboration among stakeholders in East Harris County.

Meetings are held quarterly in February, April, August, and October on the fourth Tuesday of the month.

The target audience for the meetings are stakeholders. Stakeholders include but are not limited to elected officials, business owners, school & campus administrators, faith communities, nonprofit organizations, local newspapers, government agencies, etc.

The purpose of the meeting is to stay abreast of issues that affect the region, discuss current issues, learn about new resources and connect with organizations that have complementary missions.
