Eligibility Requirements

Income must be within 30% of the AMI
Residency in Unincorporated Harris County
Must be the Head of Household
US Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
Must have a notice to vacate and the rental unit must pass a habitability inspection

Proof of Income for all adult household
members for the past 30 days:
