Detailed Project Description: Our project aims to collaborate with a training partner to offer extensive training and resources in Human-Centered Design (HCD), empowering East Harris County Empowerment Council (EHCEC) with the skills and mindset necessary to develop more user-centric solutions. By embracing HCD principles, we seek to cultivate a deep understanding of users’ needs, enhance creative problem-solving abilities, and foster empathy-driven design within our organization.
