Community Health Fairs
Provide access to health services and resources for East Harris County neighbors
Mental Health/First Aid
Prepare and train individuals to safely respond to mental health challenges and disorders.
Vaccine Awareness
Encourage vaccination to prevent the spread of diseases such as Flu, COVID, Hepatitis B, and Human Papillomavirus (HPV).
Power in the Parks
Events on healthy living, exercise, and social connectivity in parks and green spaces throughout the community.
Community Health Academy
Weekly training to equip learners with a comprehensive understanding of public health issues, strategies for promoting health and preventing disease, and advocacy and research skills to improve community health outcomes.
Disaster Preparedness Training
Provide a one-hour, hands-on disaster preparedness training for FREE, which prepares individuals to help themselves, their family, and neighbors in a disaster.
East Harris County Disaster Coalition
Coordinate preparedness and short-term relief efforts around disasters with local organizations, businesses, and local governments.
