Time: 6:30 am – 8:30 pm

Tentative Itinerary
6:30 – 7:00 AM – Meet for breakfast before boarding the charter bus
7:00 AM – Depart for Austin
10:00 AM – Arrive at the Capitol
10:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Meet with State Representative’s Office
1:00 PM – 2:00 PM – Lunch
2:30 PM – 4:30 PM – Afternoon Activity at Capitol
5:00 PM – Depart for Houston with dinner on the bus
8:30 PM – Bus arrives back in Houston
We are coordinating one buses for a roundtrip from Houston to Austin. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as water and snacks. Masks are required on the bus, and N95 masks and hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry.
We strongly recommend that attendees take a rapid COVID-19 test before boarding the bus for the safety of all participants. If you feel sick or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend. Secure parking will be provided for vehicles as we will not be returning until later in the evening.
