The East Harris County Empowerment Council (EHCEC) is proud to announce it has been awarded a $105,000 grant from CVS Health to strengthen its growing operations and deepen its impact across East Harris County. This funding will support essential staff salaries and the build-out of internal infrastructure to better serve local communities.
Specifically, the grant will:

“This grant represents more than just funding—it’s a vote of confidence in the work we do,” said Terence Narcisse, Founder and CEO of EHCEC. “CVS Health’s support allows us to scale our efforts, invest in our people, and continue serving East Harris County with the excellence our community deserves.”
CVS Health’s commitment to advancing health equity, workforce inclusion, and community-based solutions aligns with EHCEC’s core mission to uplift underserved populations through access, empowerment, and opportunity.
